This class is perfect for everyone, whether you’re recovering from injury, dealing with chronic pain, new to exercise, or simply looking for a calmer way to stay active, this class offers a welcoming space to move at your own pace. The easy-to-follow, low-impact movement patterns, with breath awareness, and mindful stretching, you will reduce tension and improve vitality, cognitive function and brain health. Chairs and props are available for added support, and every exercise can be modified to meet your needs. Expect a friendly, non-judgmental atmosphere where connection and well-being come first. You don’t have to be “fit” or “flexible” to start—just willing to show up and listen to your body. Come as you are, leave feeling better.
