This workshop is on the whey! Ever wondered how to turn everyday pantry staples into delicious cheeses? In this tasty workshop, you'll learn to make halloumi, mozzarella, paneer, and ricotta — all from scratch! We’ll snack, we’ll stir, and we’ll go home with recipes, tips, and the confidence to cheese it up anytime. This will be a single workshop of 1.5 hours duration, including demonstrations. Ingredients are included, recipes are made available, and a platter of cheeses will be available for you to sample. Places are limited to 25 participants. Payments for Community Events: All payments made in the course of your use of the Services are made using PayPal. In using the Website, the Services or when making any payment in relation to your use of the Services, you warrant that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the PayPal terms and conditions which are available on their website. You acknowledge and agree that where a request for the payment of the services is returned or denied, for whatever reason, by your financial institution or is unpaid by you for any other reason, then you are liable for any costs, including banking fees and charges, associated with the non-payment. Warrandyte Neighbourhood House Incorporated does not accept American Express, City Bank or Diners Club. Community event fees are required prior to a registration being confirmed. Refund Policy: The Payments and Refunds Policy outlines that refunds will not be given once a Community Event has occurred without a medical certificate or where there are exceptional circumstances, or in the event Warrandyte Neighbourhood House Incorporated is unable to continue to provide the Services or if the manager of Warrandyte Neighbourhood House Incorporated makes a decision, at their absolute discretion, that it is reasonable to do so under the circumstances. Where possible, please advise staff of your intention to withdraw from a club. If, due to a medical reason or exceptional life circumstance, you need to withdraw from a club, please speak to the manager. Warrandyte Neighbourhood House Incorporated is unable to provide cash refunds. Refunds will be issued if a club is cancelled by Warrandyte Neighbourhood House Incorporated. If applicable, refunds will be pro-rata. Warrandyte Neighbourhood House Incorporated requires a minimum of 5 participants for clubs to be confirmed.
