In this hands-on (and tasty!) workshop, you'll learn to make halloumi, mozzarella, paneer, and ricotta — all from scratch!
We’ll snack, we’ll stir, and we’ll go home with recipes, tips, and the confidence to cheese it up anytime.
This will be a single workshop of 1.5 hours duration, including demonstrations. Ingredients are included, recipes are made available, and a platter of other cheeses will be available for you to sample.
