The Carers' Support Network is a community based group who meet for a tea or coffee and share practical and useful information about navigating the aged care and disability system and packages.

Make connections, seek referrals to further resources, share your experience and learn from others who also understand the challenges.

This community group will support you in finding solutions, sharing knowledge and supporting on another in the caring role.
