MINDFUL CHAIR YOGA FOR REHAB

Rediscover movement in a safe, supportive way.
Mindful Chair Yoga for Rehab will help individuals recovering from injury, surgery or managing chronic conditions, the safe and adaptable approach, with guidance from a qualified instructor will help you restore stability and strength.
MEDITATION
6.00 - 6.45pm
Be guided through tried and tested techniques to cultivate a deeper sense of mindfulness and self-awareness; inner peace, calm, and enhanced well-being.
Relieve stress and anxiety, increase mindfulness, reduce muscle tension and pain, improve sleep quality.

No pressure, no rules — just a calming space to relax and paint, perfect for beginners or anyone looking to unwind. No experience necessary, just bring your enthusiasm!
EXPRESS CARDIO

Boost your energy and support your heart health in just 30 minutes. This low-impact cardio session is designed for older adults looking to stay active in a safe, supportive environment.
Perfect for those easing into fitness or managing lower mobility. Stay strong, feel great, and move at your own pace! This class can be enjoyed people of all ages and fitness levels
WATERCOLOURS - BEYOND THE BASICS (INTERMEDIATE)

Refine techniques such as layering, glazing, wet-on-wet, and detail work, while exploring composition, colour mixing, and personal style.
Through guided projects and creative experimentation, deepen your confidence, expand your artistic vocabulary, and bring more expression to every brushstroke.

GENTLE MOVEMENT FOR OLDER ADULTS

This class offers a great variety of fun exercises to increase range of movement, coordination, balance and strength. With easy to follow movement patterns, you can improve vitality, cognitive function and brain health. Can be taken seated.

TAI CHI QIGONG
11.30 - 12.30pm
Tai Chi Qigong is gentle exercise and movement therapy. Combining acupressure, flowing movements, gentle stretches and stillness, Tai Chi Qigong releases tension and improves physical health and mental well-being.
The class is suitable for all ages and ability and can be done seated.

Meeting fortnightly on Sunday afternoons, this informal community acoustic music club will help musicians and singers connect for relaxed and enjoyable jam sessions. ​Come together, connect, collaborate, share and learn.
At this time we are limited unplugged musicians, we have guitars, mandolins, ukeleles and vocals who blend and share. What will you bring to the group?
CHEESEMAKING WITH BARRY
