Supporting Our Community Through Different Stages of Life As we move through life, our roles, identities and needs naturally change. These transitions can be meaningful, but they can also bring uncertainty, grief or a sense of disconnection. In recognition of Seniors Month, and with thanks to our generous funders at the Warrandyte Lions Op Shop, Warrandyte Neighbourhood House is pleased to present a four-part wellbeing workshop series delivered by Mullum Road Clinic. Each session offers practical strategies, gentle education and opportunities to reconnect with yourself and your community. Grief and Loss Monday 5 October 2026 – 11.30am-1.00pm Warrandyte Neighbourhood House Grief is a natural response to change, not only the loss of a person, but also the loss of roles, routines, health, independence, or identity. In later life, people often face several transitions at once, and it can feel overwhelming. This session explores: 1. How grief shows up across different stages 2. Adjusting to a new phase of life when things feel unfamiliar 3. Staying connected to community and meaning, even when energy is low 4. Small, energising activities that support wellbeing while life continues around you Participants leave with practical tools for processing grief, reconnecting with what matters, and moving forward at their own pace.
