Reformer Pilates is perfect for anyone who wants to move better, feel strong and connect more deeply with their body - regardless of age and fitness level.
Using a flat, sliding carriage known as a reformer, you will learn about adjustable resistance and how it allows you strengthen, stretch and stabilise your body with controlled movements.
These calsses would be conducted during the day in school term with an anticipated cost marginally higher than our current fitness classes.
