Gentle Chair Yoga for Rehabilitation uses seated and standing exercises to help improve strength, flexibility, balance, and confidence — all while reducing strain on the body.

 

Guided breathing and mindful movement promote relaxation, circulation, and healing, making this class ideal for anyone looking to build strength and mobility at a sustainable pace. 

Individuals recovering from injury, surgery or managing chronic conditions will benefit from the safe and adaptable approach, with guidance from a qualified instructor in our Gentle Chair Yoga classes. 

Restorative movement for recovery, stability and strength. 

These classes would be conducted during the day in school term with an anticipated cost similar to our current fitness classes.
