Chair Yoga is a gentle, rehabilitation-focused class designed for those experiencing poor mobility, stress, anxiety, or chronic tension.
 

 

Move at your own pace and comfort level and enjoy the balancing benefits of Mindful Movement.

​Using the support of a sturdy chair, this practice blends slow, therapeutic movements with grounding breathwork and simple mindfulness techniques to calm the nervous system and ease overwhelm.

​

Each session nurtures both body and mind—reducing stress, improving mood, releasing physical tightness, and helping you feel more steady, clear, and centered.

​​

Ideal for those seeking a safe, empowering way to support mental health, restore mobility, and cultivate a sense of peace and emotional well-being.

​

Breathing exercises help ground and calm the mind, bringing awareness to the body. Enjoy mindful movements such as stretches, joint mobility exercises and simple strength and balance work, all from a seated position.

​

Postures are adapted to ensure they are accessible and safe, helping improve flexibility, circulation, posture and balance.
