Practice gentle Yoga postures, breathing, and relaxation to improve flexibility and strength. Relieve stress with breathing techniques (pranayama), mudras (gestures of attitude), and creative visualisation. Each week this class aims to nourish your body and replenish your heart. People with stiff joints, aching bodies and depleted energy especially welcome. BYO mat and blanket.
