Sunday Sessions: Breathwork

Indulge yourself in our Meditative Breathwork class

Join Elke for a soothing and restorative Conscious Connected Breathwork class on Sunday mornings in February. Improve mental, physical and spiritual well-being by intentionally changing your breathing pattern. Breathwork helps you learn to regulate stress by activating your parasympathetic nervous system, taking you out of fight, flight, and freeze, helping you feel calm, centered, and grounded. You will be gently guided in this heart opening practice where you will find clarity and connection. Requirements: - Yoga mat - Eye mask - Pillow - Blanket *If you do not have these items but still wish to attend please contact the office on 9844 1839 as we may be able to assist by loaning some items. Breakwork requires you to lay down for 45 minutes to 1 hour, so please bring along any other items you required to make yourself comfortable during this time (back supports, socks etc). Please don't eat a heavy meal within 2 hours of the class and stay hydrated. Healthy, light refreshments provided following the session.
