Managing Stress and Anxiety

Stress and anxiety are common in everyday life. Long term, they affect our health and the ability to be at our best. Neuroscience now offers a better way to manage anxiety and stress by resetting the nervous system, without medication or drugs.

Intermediate level.  This club is run by a French language teacher (volunteering) and the participants who support each other to develop grammar and conversation skills.
