Children's Yoga

5-10 years

Consciously connected kid’s yoga. A fun way to build physical strength, health and well being. Establish a connection between the mind, body, breath and emotions to help build personal resilience.  Uses fun techniques such as Teddy bear breathing.  Jess is both a qualfied primary school and yoga teacher. 

BYO yoga mats encouraged - Our mats will be sanitised before and after each session. Children will be asked to wash hands and to maintain physical distancing during the class.

Social Storytime

Follow Story Time at Warrandyte Library with a social play at the Neighbourhood House.  Share a cuppa and a chat while your children play and make new friends. We have a bright room with lots of toys and fun activities.  Wednesdays during school terms. Storytime in the library is currently not available but stay tuned for our return

da Vinci Club

8-12 years 
                                  

Inspired by Leonardo da Vinci's love and talent for art, creativity and science - all the fun stuff! this term we take on the Great Flight Challenge

 

We will explore different methods of flight, experiment with model parachutes, paper aeroplanes and homemade rockets (Oh Yes!). How well will your Lego man or woman fly and can you land them on the target?

Children's Drawing

7-12 yrs

Our new tutor, Florentina is studying to be a Steiner teacher.  She is a practising artist and is also  a qualified architecht.  Florentina will follow Julie in creating the perfect setting for artistic development. Using different mediums, learn the foundation techniques that underpin all art.
