PILATES CLASS - ADULTS

Would you like to move with greater awareness? Develop an understanding of the structure and movement capacity of your own body through this relaxing, fun and informative class. Each week classes will focus on a different region of the body.

An experiential class, participants will be guided through specific body segments through moving exercises, choreographed phrases as well as therapeutic stretching and strengthening exercises.

Guided imagery and anatomical information will form an integral part of the class, as will discussion concerning everday ergonomics and efficient postural alignment.

Questions will be encouraged and explored as a group. Our bodies have had many experiences, and its through our body that we experience life. Come along and get to know yours a little better!
