LATIN MIX AEROBICS
(with Sanett van der Merwe)If you love dancing and music you'll love Latin Mix Aerobics! No high impact, just high energy. This class builds a dance routine that includes fun mixes of Mambo, Cha Cha, Salsa, Rumba, Samba and much more. Will start at Beginners Level!
Mixes of Cha Cha, Salsa, Rumba, Samba, Mambo and much more! An hour of fun-filled dancing! We combine steps to form a routine and without you realising it you are doing an hour of exercise!
Men and women of all fitness levels welcome! You don’t need a partner! Very good latin music! All you need is comfortable clothing and sensible shoes (preferable smooth soles)!
Sanett van der Merwe is the choreographer and tutor of her program Latin Mix Aerobics! Her background is Modern/Ballroom/Latin Dancing and also a Vicfit Qualified Fitness Instructor, who has been working in the fitness world in Australia for the last 7 years.

ROCK N' ROLL AEROBICS

PRE-SCHOOL MUSIC & MOVEMENT
(with Kass Mulvany)Kass Mulvany is a local mother and teacher with over 20 years experience in music and dance with children and adults of all ages and skill levels. In this class the students explore the musical elements of pitch, rhythm, beat, tempo and dynamics using the skills and techniques necessary for performing with others. Musical activities include a range of music, dance and drama experiences such as singing, listening, movement and instrumental activities. Students will make an "instrument to keep" at the end of each term as we "jingle and drum" our way towards Christmas!
