INTRODUCTION TO YOGIC PHILOSOPHY

A synthesis of the age old wisdom teachings with the wonderful understandings of modern science. Following straight after the 6pm yoga class, we will explore the theory and practice behind the yoga postures and how this sequence of postures is designed to nourish the mind, body and spirit.

African and Arabic rhythyms and techniques are taught in a supportive group circle. Performance opportunities provided for those wishing to play with drum ensemble "Doowla'. Beginners are welcome and drums are supplied.
